Every Day I'm a Star in the City

So the first week of my second semester of college is over and all I can say is holy hell that was one of the longest weeks EVER!! I mean come on its only four days it should be a snap. But no. On Mondays I have History of the US which so far is not hard just plain boring, and I usually love history. Then I get to go to my theater class and well actually time goes a little too fast in that one. However Tuesday roles around and this time I get to hear my Rise of Civilization teacher talk, talk, talk about what I don’t even know  and hear him laugh at his own jokes. About time too. I'm so totally burnt out from school and studying. Totally awesome!!! I believe all I got to do is write about George Lucas and how he challenges me as an "artist", then I have to fininsh my take home test, and finally work on my informative speech, that is after I find a topic. Crap. Not really much of a break now. And to top it off tomorrow I get my braces off after having them for two years so there yet another thing I have to do. Looks like I just totally filled up my so called "break." Now I'm thanking God that I don't have a job because there is no time for it. Until next time later.

Since I know that people are always telling you that college is easy as long as you study, but let’s face it people aren’t perfect. So I've decided to do document my mistakes while in this little thing called college. Maybe you’ll learn. Maybe you won’t but I going to do this anyways.

So I just sent my teacher the worst papers I've ever written in my entire life. All honestly this was my worst paper ever. I was supposed to talk about hate crimes in my city and what the government is doing to end them. Instead of that I ended up ranted about how I believe that hate crimes have been around since the dawn of mankind. If you were to ask me about college like 2-3 months ago I would've told you to shut up don't wanna hear about it. Like seriously just the thought of even going scared the heebee jeevees out of me.

1. Choose a major

2. Find classes

3. Know what building the class was in and where the class is

4. How you getting there (maybe not an issue for some but I still can't drive so it is one)

5. How much money do you/will you need

6. How are you going to get money

7. Joining clubs/teams

8. Buying books and other mterials like that

and finally

9. Passing the class

And that's only the stuff that comes to mind at the moment. So yeah never wated to talk about college while my friends and family wouldn't shut up about it. It was just all very nervewraking.
